HistoryI am Ivan Noguera Plans and for fifteen years I have been working as an industrial engineer dedicated to the management of industrial projects -Project Management-. Four years ago I decided to take a new path in this field, I became autonomous and I made myself known with the name of Project Management With Values (PMWV). Now, once the company Project Management With Values SL was established, this January, we began a new stage full of challenges and illusions.
It can be said that the adventure really began in 2018 when I decided to leave the private company and embark on a new path as a freelance. I did it with a triple objective. First of all, to control my own schedule because, after two years working on international projects, mainly in Asia, I felt that I was not the owner.Secondly, to help improve project management in companies thanks to the knowledge acquired during all these years and, above all and even more important, to the extraordinary experience that facilitates the transfer of learning between multiple projects and companies.Finally, having enough time to write a book that will be published this year 2023 on the history of karting in Catalonia during the period 1959-1974.
During these last four years I have been able to verify that the demand for this service exists, but it is practically impossible for a natural person to meet all the requests, if a high quality standard is to be obtained. For this reason, Since the beginning of 2022, I believed that the time had come to scale up the possibilities provided by the PMWV and advance the project to a second level in order to offer this service to more companies. Consequently, and after much dedication working on the business plan and the strategy to follow, this month of January Project Management With Values sl. has been established.
This company will be the vehicle with which from today we offer the Project Management service to more and more companies, and I say it in the plural, because we will make it possible thanks to the powerful team of collaborators with whom we aspire to lead the sector and become a benchmark in the Catalan sphere.
We start our engines with all the enthusiasm in the world, a new stage begins!
